We want to step away from using sustainability as a marketing tool and make it a matter of course in everything we do. Taking responsibility and protecting our environment is not an option but a must. By assessing our supplier‘s impact proven within reports and certificates we ensure that everyone who works with us follows the same goal and most importantly we only usenatural or recycled materials and deadstock fabrics.

Initiatives
The Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) provides their members with a system that helps them to gradually improve working conditions in their supply chain following a strong code of conduct.
Sedex is a membership organisation providing practical tools, services and a community network to help companies improve their responsible and sustainable business practices, and source responsibly.
The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETS) is a
community working together to tackle
complex questions about what steps
companies should take to trade ethically,
and how to make a positive difference in
the workers lives.
Certificates
The Global Organic Textile
Standard (GOTS) defines
world-wide recognised
requirements for organic textiles.
The Organic Content Standard (OCS)
confirms the presence and amount of
organic material in a final product and
tracks the flow of the raw materials from
its
source to the final product as a third party.
The Responsible Wool Standard (RWS)
is a voluntary standard that addresses
the welfare of sheep and the land they
graze on.
Mulesing is a quick method of
controlling flystrike in merino sheep,
resulting in poor welfare both during and
after the procedure and it is categorized
as cruel and painful by PETA, who advise
more humane alternatives.
The Global Recycle Standard (GRS) is
an international, voluntary, full product
standard that sets
requirements for third-party
certification of recycled content.
Deadstock is not an official certification
but we designed a label to describe
fabrics that are leftover and would techni-
cally go to waste but can still be used for
other production.
Comfortable and breathable Tencel branded Lyocell is derived from certified renewable eucalyptus wood. The Lenzing group who created this fiber are making sure to significantly lower the energy and water use during the processing of the material. Tencel feels elegant, has a nice drape and is biodegradable.
The fabric created by the Lenzing group is derived from certified renewable wood sources which are 100% biodegradable. Ecovero is durable, soft and has a nice drape.
Modal is fabric created by the Lenzing
group. The fibers are derived from
certified renewable wood sources and
are 100% biodegradable. Modal fabrics
have a delicate touch and are usually light
and thin.
